What you're buying
The Factory Blueprint and The Factory System are digital products: a set of guides, templates, and tools delivered through a private, token-gated web workspace. Access is granted automatically after payment and does not expire. There is no physical shipment.
Payment and billing
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing and applicable sales tax/VAT/GST. Some historical purchases may have been processed through Lemon Squeezy or Stripe. All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the material (completed less than 20% of the workspace content). To request one, contact support@factorymethod.online with your order details.
Access
Your access link is unique to your purchase and should not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke access obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized redistribution.

The Factory Method provides general educational material about building and launching software products. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and results are not guaranteed.
